AI workshops that show: how AI fits into your processes.
Most AI training explains tools in general terms. We do the opposite: we take your real tasks – emails, quotes, reports, research – and show live at which point in your existing workflows AI concretely saves time, and where it does not. No lecture about the future, but an afternoon after which your team uses three to five AI routines in daily work. On site in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz – on request throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, or remotely.
On your processes
The training is not run on examples from the internet, but on the tasks your teams work on every day – the result fits straight into daily work.
From practice
We do not train from slides: we build with AI every day ourselves – products, automations, AI-assisted development. What we show is what we use.
On site across the DACH region
Workshops on site in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz with short travel – on request throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, otherwise remote.
Why AI never arrives in daily work.
Between "we have ChatGPT licenses" and "our team works noticeably faster" lies a gap in most companies – almost always for the same reasons:
Nobody ever showed them
The license is there, the rollout was an email. Without concrete use cases from their own daily work, AI remains an occasional toy.
Wrong tools for the task
Texts, research, spreadsheets, images and code each call for different models and tools – whoever does everything through one chat window gives away most of the benefit.
An outdated picture of the state of the art
Many verdicts ("AI can't do that") stem from tests two years ago. Today's models solve tasks that yesterday's failed at.
Detached from real processes
Generic AI training shows features, not your workflow. What impresses in the seminar finds no place in your own inbox on Monday.
Uncertainty instead of rules
May I enter customer data? What about copyright? Without clear guardrails, some use AI secretly and others not at all – both are a risk.
No through-line after the workshop
Without a handout, routines and follow-up, the enthusiasm fizzles out. After two weeks, daily work is back to its old state.
Three workshop formats, one goal: anchoring AI in daily work.
From the hands-on team workshop to the focused process session – each tailored to your industry, your processes and your level of knowledge.
Employee workshop
Hands-on at the participants' own desks: we take your teams' real tasks – emails, quotes, reports, research – and solve them live with the right AI tools. Everyone leaves with 3–5 routines they can use immediately.
Process workshop
We look at a concrete workflow – from inquiry to quote, from invoice to filing – and mark together at which steps AI usefully applies today and which are better handled by a human or a simple script.
Tool training & selection
Which AI for what? We map the market: chat assistants, research tools, image and document AI, automation platforms – with a clear recommendation of what your company needs and what it does not, including a data protection assessment.
One afternoon that changes how you see AI.
Before the workshop, most participants underestimate what is possible today – and overestimate how hard it is to get started. We correct both in a single afternoon, right on your own tasks.
What your teams concretely take away.
The workshop is not a lecture but work on real tasks – by department or mixed, from sales to accounting.
- Their own use cases – Before the workshop we collect your teams' typical tasks – the training uses your emails, quotes and reports, not examples from the internet.
- Which AI for what – A clear toolbox: which tool for texts, research, spreadsheets, translations, minutes and documents – and when no AI at all is the better choice.
- Good prompts, good routines – How to phrase tasks so that usable results emerge – and how to turn them into reusable routines for everyday work.
- Limits & control – Spotting hallucinations, checking results, keeping responsibility: AI outputs are drafts, not truths – we train that explicitly.
- Clear data rules – What may go into which tool? Simple, memorable guardrails for customer data, internal documents and trade secrets – aligned with your data protection requirements.
Duration
Half-day or full-day workshop, up to about 12 people per group – several groups per day are possible.
Prerequisites
None. We meet every experience level where it is – from skeptic to power user.
Staying power
A handout with the routines and prompts developed together; optionally a follow-up after 4–6 weeks, once the real-world questions have surfaced.
AI on your processes, not on off-the-shelf examples.
The difference between a generic AI seminar and a workshop that changes something is the question being worked on. We do not start with "here\'s what ChatGPT can do", but with "here\'s how a quote runs at your company today" – and look together at which point of that concrete workflow AI really saves time.
Here is what that looks like in practice:
- Beforehand: collecting processes. In the preliminary call we record two or three typical workflows of your teams – these become the practice material, not invented examples.
- In the workshop: live on your own case. We solve these tasks together with the right tools – everyone sees the result emerge on their own work.
- Honest where AI adds nothing. Not every step benefits. Where a script, an interface or simply a human is better, we say so – that builds trust instead of hype.
- Afterwards: routines instead of a one-off effect. You leave with a handout that captures the prompts and workflows developed together – repeatable, shareable, usable in the next onboarding.
This works because we are both: developers who build AI-assisted every day, and consultants with an ERP and process background in the German mid-market. We do not recite what studies say – we show what works in our own operations, and translate it onto your workflow.
Format
Half-day or full-day workshop, on site in Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz or remote.
Vendor-neutral
We sell no licenses and are tied to no vendor – the recommendation follows your case.
A natural next step
When a workshop use case is meant to become real automation, the path leads straight into AI automation.
How the workshop runs.
Preliminary call
Goals, teams, level of knowledge, industry: we clarify which format fits – and collect first use cases from your daily work.
Tailoring
We rebuild the workshop around your processes and examples – no off-the-shelf training.
Delivery
On site in Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz or remote – hands-on, with live demonstrations on your tasks.
Anchoring
Handout, routines, data rules – and a clear recommendation on which processes are worth genuine automation next.
Frequently asked questions about AI workshops.
What does an AI workshop cost?
AI workshops are fixed-price formats: you know the investment before booking. The price depends on the format (half or full day), number of groups and tailoring – after the preliminary call you receive a concrete quote.
Which companies is an AI workshop suitable for?
For small and medium-sized businesses and mid-market companies of every industry – from skilled trades through retail and manufacturing to law firms. What matters is not the industry, but that your teams work with texts, documents, numbers or customer communication every day.
Do our employees need prior knowledge?
No. The workshops meet every experience level where it is. In our experience, mixed groups are actually productive: skeptics ask the best questions, power users share their tricks.
How many participants make sense?
Up to about twelve people per group – so everyone can work on their own task. We train larger workforces in several groups, even several on one day.
How does an AI workshop differ from off-the-shelf AI training?
We train on your real workflows instead of generic examples. Before the date we collect concrete tasks from your teams – in the workshop the result emerges on exactly that work, not on a demo dataset.
Do you come to our company?
Yes – on-site workshops are the norm, in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz with short travel, and on request throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Remote workshops also work very well.
Your team deserves the current state of the art – not the 2023 version.
One preliminary call is enough, and we tailor the workshop to your processes. On site in Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz – or remote.
