Employee workshop

Hands-on at the participants' own desks: we take your teams' real tasks – emails, quotes, reports, research – and solve them live with the right AI tools. Everyone leaves with 3–5 routines they can use immediately.

Process workshop

We look at a concrete workflow – from inquiry to quote, from invoice to filing – and mark together at which steps AI usefully applies today and which are better handled by a human or a simple script.

Tool training & selection

Which AI for what? We map the market: chat assistants, research tools, image and document AI, automation platforms – with a clear recommendation of what your company needs and what it does not, including a data protection assessment.

04 — Our approach

AI on your processes, not on off-the-shelf examples.

The difference between a generic AI seminar and a workshop that changes something is the question being worked on. We do not start with "here\'s what ChatGPT can do", but with "here\'s how a quote runs at your company today" – and look together at which point of that concrete workflow AI really saves time.

Here is what that looks like in practice:

Beforehand: collecting processes. In the preliminary call we record two or three typical workflows of your teams – these become the practice material, not invented examples.
In the workshop: live on your own case. We solve these tasks together with the right tools – everyone sees the result emerge on their own work.
Honest where AI adds nothing. Not every step benefits. Where a script, an interface or simply a human is better, we say so – that builds trust instead of hype.
Afterwards: routines instead of a one-off effect. You leave with a handout that captures the prompts and workflows developed together – repeatable, shareable, usable in the next onboarding.

This works because we are both: developers who build AI-assisted every day, and consultants with an ERP and process background in the German mid-market. We do not recite what studies say – we show what works in our own operations, and translate it onto your workflow.

What does an AI workshop cost?

AI workshops are fixed-price formats: you know the investment before booking. The price depends on the format (half or full day), number of groups and tailoring – after the preliminary call you receive a concrete quote.

Which companies is an AI workshop suitable for?

For small and medium-sized businesses and mid-market companies of every industry – from skilled trades through retail and manufacturing to law firms. What matters is not the industry, but that your teams work with texts, documents, numbers or customer communication every day.

Do our employees need prior knowledge?

No. The workshops meet every experience level where it is. In our experience, mixed groups are actually productive: skeptics ask the best questions, power users share their tricks.

How many participants make sense?

Up to about twelve people per group – so everyone can work on their own task. We train larger workforces in several groups, even several on one day.

How does an AI workshop differ from off-the-shelf AI training?

We train on your real workflows instead of generic examples. Before the date we collect concrete tasks from your teams – in the workshop the result emerges on exactly that work, not on a demo dataset.

Do you come to our company?
